Stranger-Inside.net was founded originally as Burmecia.net on March 11th, 2002, making this website over two years old. In February of 2004, I decided it was time for a change and thus the name of the website was altered and a new layout was made. Stranger Inside, the name, originates from a song by the band Shinedown. It's a song I associated with quite strongly and still enjoy listening to, and the name of it reminds me of when I first changed the domain's name. There's more to that, but that's more personal than you'd like to know, I'm sure. The current layout for Stranger Inside features Le Mort brushes from The Fifth Muse as well as several different fonts, patterns, blend modes and filter effects, and I'm ridiculously proud of this layout despite the fact that it's pink. The title bar comes from "So Cold" by Breaking Benjamin, which I was listening to when I created the layout. It was made in Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and coded by hand in notepad, completely made by me. The layout's title is Hosting for Stranger-Inside.net is provided by Dominet, featured on a Standard package. The name is from GoDaddy.com and is paid for through February, 2006. |
